Job summary

Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a strategic leader to oversee a portfolio of content initiatives, governance, and reporting improvements. You will deepen our understanding of how customers use content and drive greater value.

You will coordinate with commercial teams to leverage content for new sales and retention, and develop partnerships with industry organizations and universities to expand Bloomberg INDG's thought leadership and product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; specialized education such as a J.D. or graduate degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience, at least 3 as a manager.
• Demonstrated success solving customer problems in legal, professional, and financial markets.
• Experience managing teams and leading large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and coordinate all strategic content initiatives.
• Increase understanding of how customers use content and how to make it more valuable.
• Explore, test and iterate on new content concepts using data and customer insight.
• Improve reporting processes and metrics for informed decision-making.
• Liaise with commercial teams to leverage content for sales and retention.
• Increase team participation in thought leadership events and programs.
• Develop and oversee partnerships with industry organizations and universities to drive awareness and usage of Bloomberg INDG's products.
