Job summary

CallOnDoc is seeking a senior content strategist to build and govern editorial systems across marketing, product, and clinical operations. You will own messaging architecture, editorial standards, and AI-assisted workflows while driving consistency and trust across patient communications.

The role combines strategy with hands-on execution, focusing on high-impact content, lifecycle communications, and cross-functional collaboration to support product launches and lifecycle initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content strategy or editorial leadership.
• Exceptional writing and editing across digital channels.
• Experience developing messaging frameworks, editorial standards, and governance.
• Strong cross-functional experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
• Experience incorporating AI-assisted writing tools into editorial workflows while maintaining quality and governance.
• Healthcare or digital health experience preferred.
