You will lead AI-enabled orchestration and collaborate across UX, Product, and Knowledge Engineering to deliver modular, AI-ready assets that support consumer health journeys. The role emphasizes editorial governance, AI-driven content recommendations, and strong alignment with healthcare needs, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Health, Health Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years in content strategy or patient education, B2C health/wellness focus.
• Familiar with Digital Health ecosystems, health IT assets, and consumer audiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic roadmapping: align content themes with consumer health trends and client needs.
• AI governance: audit content using AI, flag outdated items for review.
• Market alignment: translate client jobs to editorial solutions for EMR integrations.
• Product collaboration: ensure content is born digital for modern apps and workflows.
• FHIR support: align metadata with EMR data exchange standards.
