Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Strategist specialized in AI Strategy to drive AI-enabled content operations and a major Sitecore migration.

You will define governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize content visibility in generative search environments across global projects. In this role, you will shape editorial strategy, establish AI readiness criteria, and implement GEO/Content operations frameworks while maintaining SEO performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with AI tools and content operations in enterprise environments.
• Proven background with AI agents and automated content creation/governance processes.
• Deep understanding of GEO/AEO best practices and generative search optimization techniques.
• Experience managing in-house content programs with a focus on AI integration.
• Knowledge of content compliance requirements, particularly EU AI transparency regulations.

Responsibilities
