EPAM Systems, Inc. is pursuing a Lead Content Strategist for a large-scale Sitecore XP to Sitecore AI transformation.

You will own migration planning, assess legacy content, map it to future structures, and collaborate with design vendors to ensure AI-ready, scalable content experiences. Role requires proven CMS migration experience, strong content strategy, and client-facing leadership across multiple vendors.

• Map legacy content, templates, components, and URLs to future-state structures and information architecture.
• Partner with third-party design vendors to influence design choices and ensure all page types and edge cases are captured.
• Define reusable content types, metadata standards, and modular content frameworks supporting scalability and AI-readiness.
• Develop migration sequencing strategies and cutover readiness plans for seamless platform transition.
