With access to continuous learning, mentorship, and global projects, your expertise will drive meaningful change.Req.#1075309655Responsibilities* Own comprehensive migration planning including content assessment, inventory analysis, and rationalization activities* Map legacy content, templates, components, and URLs to future-state structures and information architecture* Partner with third-party design vendors to influence design choices and ensure all page types and edge cases are captured* Define reusable content types, metadata standards, and modular content frameworks supporting scalability and AI-readiness* Facilitate content inventory decisions through systematic keep/remove/revise exercises with client stakeholders* Develop migration sequencing strategies and cutover readiness plans for seamless platform transitionRequirements* Proven experience in CMS migration projects with demonstrated migration planning expertise* Strong content strategy background with ability to assess and rationalize large content inventories* Experience mapping legacy systems to future-state architectures and information structures* Client-facing skills for leading content performance discussions and stakeholder alignment* Ability to work effectively in triangulated environments with multiple vendors and stakeholders* Understanding of content operations and scalable content framework design* Sitecore or other CMS platform migration experience is required* This role is a contract through the end of December 2026, there is a possibility of extension but it is not guaranteedWe offer/Benefits* Health benefits: High Deductible Health Plan with an attached HSA (Health Savings Account) which includes Pharmacy coverage, after 60 days from start of employment* Condition Management resources* Family Planning resources* Dental Plan* Vision Plan**For remote work in New York City only.**EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
