Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant program or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications/journalism, or similar.
• A portfolio of written work for a technology brand(s).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Communications to align on content themes and goals.
• Create and deliver content in formats like blog posts, eBooks, whitepapers, emails, scripts.
• Write copy that informs and engages, crafting headlines and hooks.
• Collaborate with thought leaders, product experts, and writers to maintain tone and quality.
• Ensure visual and written quality, creating a compelling content experience.
• Use data and analytics to improve content performance and insights for future pieces.
• Identify opportunities to modernize and make content more actionable.
• Leverage AI to accelerate content production while keeping human judgment intact.
• Coordinate with Content Operations, Brand, Events, and Campaigns for timely delivery.
• Help build metrics for content performance and use insights to improve relevance.
