Job summary
Threads of Life is seeking a Senior Content and Storytelling Specialist to lead ethical, trauma-informed storytelling from families affected by workplace tragedies. You will translate member experiences into compelling digital content, features, and campaign messaging, collaborating with Marketing, Fundraising, and Program staff to amplify impact.
You will shape editorial plans, manage translations, and ensure content quality across newsletters, social channels, and reports while upholding
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in strategic content development and communications execution.
- Trauma-informed storytelling ethics with sensitivity when interviewing affected individuals.
- Proven media relations, press releases, and spokespeople preparation experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic communications and editorial planning with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and oversee multi-channel storytelling across digital, print, and email.
- Coordinate media inquiries and coach spokespeople for interviews and appearances.
