Job summary

Learfield is seeking a Supervising Producer to lead on-campus content initiatives, partnering with universities to develop NIL, original, and branded video series. You will oversee creative, production, and distribution, guiding a local content team and collaborating with athletic departments, student‑athletes, and sponsors.

Utilize data and storytelling to drive fan engagement, revenue for local and national sales, and ensure high‑quality output within budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sports or entertainment creating, writing, producing, and directing video content.
• Hands-on experience shooting and directing video.
• Experience leading a team and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Learfield Studios content operation at the university: creative, production, distribution, analytics, content strategy, and sales integration.
• Lead development and production of NIL, original, and branded episodic content to grow fan engagement and drive revenue.
• Build relationships with student-athletes, athletic departments, and sponsors to align content with brand guidelines.
• Manage on-site content team, mentor staff, and ensure timely, budget‑compliant delivery.
• Pitch, ideate, and execute NIL and branded video series for sales teams and client presentations.
• Develop content calendars and optimize distribution using data and trends.
