Learfield Studios seeks a Content Producer to lead NIL content creation for university partnerships. You will work with athletic departments, student athletes, brands, and on-site staff to ideate, produce, and distribute high-quality NIL content across multiple platforms.

You will drive end-to-end production, from concept and pre-production to post and performance analysis, ensuring compelling storytelling that meets stakeholder goals and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years producing, writing, and editing video content for sports or entertainment.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud for multi-format outputs.
• Experience across social platforms and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and execution of NIL content across multimedia formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with athletic departments and sponsors to align voice and brand objectives.
• Evolve NIL content practices across production, distribution, and athlete relations.
