Job summary

Learfield Studios seeks an NIL Social Content Specialist on-site at the University to develop, shoot, record, and edit NIL content across video and audio formats. You will collaborate with the local sales team and the athletics department to drive fan engagement and revenue opportunities.

Work with school teams to craft original, branded NIL content, while supporting broader Learfield content initiatives and on-site shoots at university events.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop creative content that drives engagement.
• Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
• Ability to brainstorm and translate ideas into original content across formats.

Responsibilities

• Own the creation and execution of NIL video and audio content.
• Manage projects from idea generation to final deliverables, including shooting and editing.
• Create branded NIL content with school teams to boost fan engagement and revenue opportunities.
• Assist in developing content for multiple platforms (video, audio, animation, graphics).
• Serve as a liaison between athletics content teams, local sales, and national teams.
