Integrity is seeking a Multimedia Specialist to drive content strategy and marketing programs across client campaigns. You will work with strategy, CX, and martech teams to map audiences, journeys, and content ecosystems, while leading social media and content activation across channels.

The role requires hands-on experience and a track record of delivering engaging content. The ideal candidate will bring agency-side experience, strong communication, and a passion for evolving content marketing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on content strategy experience.
• Advertising agency experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Deep interest in content marketing trends.
• Experience directing development of social media content and materials.
• Creativity in developing client solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with social listening and marketing insights tools such as SpredFast, Nuvi.
• Proven track record of effective problem solving.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• SEO, PR, journalism writing, and digital marketing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a content marketing consultant for agency teams supporting clients with content development and distribution deliverables.
• Integrate with strategy and CX teams to define audiences and customer journeys.
• Help define content marketing's role in strategic marketing plans.
• Lead development and distribution of content strategies and measure performance.
• Lead the agency's content marketing across social, owned, earned and paid channels.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Social Media Strategist and contractors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
