This role sits in the Integrated Communications team and owns the end-to-end production process, stepping in to capture, produce and edit as needed. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience producing, shooting and editing multimedia

Qualifications

• 7+ years producing, shooting and editing multimedia content.
• Experience with consumer brands or agencies.
• Ability to manage complex productions end-to-end.
• Strong project and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multimedia content production from concept through final delivery across internal, external and social channels.
• Capture, shoot and edit high-quality video and multimedia content while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
• Manage all aspects of production, including planning, timelines, budgets, vendors and workflows.
• Own pre-production planning, including briefs, shot lists, schedules and talent coordination.
• Oversee on-set production and post-production to ensure efficient delivery and high standards.
• Partner with Communications, Marketing and Creative Services to support enterprise priorities.
• Ensure assets align with brand standards and storytelling approach.
• Support rapid-response communications, product launches and high-profile events.
• Continuously improve production processes and elevate Optimum's storytelling.
