Job summary

Iterable, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead how our brand and content come to life across marketing materials and advertising copy. You will shape content strategy, scale production with AI, and collaborate with SEO, product, and demand-gen teams to drive impact throughout the funnel.

You will craft authoritative thought leadership pieces and technically complex content, ensuring quality and consistency while advancing Iterable’s market position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, at least 2 in a B2B setting.
• Exceptional written communication skills with marketing writing samples.
• Experience writing technical content or coverage of complex topics.
• Demonstrated use of AI to automate business processes and drive impact.
• Experience writing marketing copy for paid social and digital display ads.
• Strong understanding of AEO/SEO best practices and how AI assistants retrieve and cite information.
• Ability to collaborate with marketers, sales, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Turn high priority topics into compelling, narrative-defining content.
• Own the content roadmap aligned to SEO/AEO priorities and business objectives.
• Analyze audience personas, SEO/AEO data, and product strategy to produce resonant content.
• Own the process from ideation through publication and distribution.
• Partner with SEO and product teams to reflect priority topics and market positioning.
• Structure content so search engines and AI can understand Iterable’s perspective.
