Checkmate is seeking a content and social lead to own consumer social, community, and written voice across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and events. You’ll shoot, edit, write, and post content, and engage with a growing audience of 1.5M followers and creators.

The role blends consumer and B2B messaging (mate). You’ll craft launches, recruit ambassadors, and build a repeatable content system with viral potential while reporting to leadership and shaping the brand's presence in the US market.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in consumer brand, social or community (in-house preferred).
• Ability to edit video and stills personally (CapCut, Premiere, Canva).
• Comfortable on camera or able to direct others on camera.
• Strong writing ability; samples available on request.
• Experience with paid social and understanding of campaign structure.

Aufgaben

• Own consumer social end-to-end: calendar, ideas, scripts, shoot, edit, captions, and engagement.
• Build and manage shopper and creator community; recruit ambassadors and create a UGC pipeline.
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn for founders; manage company pages with a distinct B2B voice for mate.
• Plan and execute events: consumer meetups and conference presence, guest lists and follow-ups.
• Support paid creative by proposing variants and hooks for campaigns.
