Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Management Product Enablement to drive the content management system roadmap and scale omnichannel experiences using a modern design system integrated with AEM.

You will lead UX/UI governance, enable the content operations team, and collaborate with marketing, IT and external partners to achieve high-quality, accessible digital experiences aligned with brand strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience with digital experiences, product management, design systems, or marketing platforms
• Strong product development experience leveraging Agile Methodologies
• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems related platforms (specifically, Adobe Experience Manager and other Adobe suite of products)
• Experience with design system development and management
• Experience in UX standards, hands on Figma, accessibility best practices and design processes
• Ability to evaluate key performance indicators to measure success of features
• Strong market/customer centric vision and understanding
• Ability to drive adoption of innovative digital solutions across enterprise
• Strong project management, problem solving and analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Product Management: Provide product management expertise to enhance CMS capabilities and enable a centralized content operations team.
• Project and Product Management: Manage digital content platforms (like AEM) and timelines; own design system and AEM features.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Promote digital technology adoption and establish governance frameworks.
• Compliances & Best Practices: Vet strategies, assess market needs and manage budgets for digital capabilities.
• Measurement, Optimization & Innovation: Analyze content performance and metrics to drive improvements.
