Job summary

Novo Nordisk in New Jersey seeks a Senior Manager, Content Management Product Enablement to drive the CMS capabilities roadmap (AEM) and the Design System integration, enabling authors to build omnichannel experiences.

You will own UX/UI governance, scale content operations, promote design standards, and collaborate with Experience Operations, Marketing, IT and agencies to deliver high-impact digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience with digital experiences, product management, design systems, or marketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager) and workflows.
• Experience with design system development and management.
• Ability to evaluate KPIs and drive adoption of innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide product management expertise to enhance CMS capabilities aligned to the roadmap.
• Own and drive the design system and AEM features roadmap.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and agencies to optimize content production.
• Promote governance, UX standards and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor content performance and identify process improvements.
