Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Content Editor to lead high‑volume medical education and practice content development. You will collaborate with SMEs, authors, and internal teams to ensure engaging, standards‑driven content across print and digital formats.

You will manage editing, project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance while advancing innovative digital solutions that meet customer needs and industry standards. A strong editing, PM, and collaboration skill set is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in academic and/or healthcare publishing.
• Travel of less than 10% for meetings and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content and assets for print and digital products for medical education and clinical practice audiences.
• Oversee assigned high-volume products through the development cycle to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
• Collaborate with SMEs, authors, vendors, and internal teams to develop clear, engaging content for multiple platforms.
• Analyze proposals and sample content to assess market viability and SME capability.
• Provide direction on editing style, pedagogy, and use of digital resources.
• Create and monitor comprehensive budgets and schedules for projects.
• Resolve quality or scope issues with Editorial Operations.
• Support development of digital assessments and instructor resources.
• Ensure compliance with editorial standards, legal and ethical guidelines.
• Evaluate content performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Engage in quality assurance for digital content.
