• Define communication architecture for high-risk, time-sensitive events such as margin liquidations and options lifecycle events.
• Establish governance and prompt-design frameworks for AI-native trading assistants and LLM-generated market insights.
• Interpret evolving SEC and FINRA regulatory mandates to steer product direction and communication strategy.
• Lead content design for new financial instruments and asset classes from concept to global launch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in content design or a related occupation.
• Experience using quantitative telemetry (conversion funnels, error rates) and qualitative research to optimize content.
• Experience with content management systems and localization workflows across iOS, Android, and Web.
• Ability to mentor junior designers on complex market mechanics and AI-integrated design workflows.

Salary: $82,056–$150,000 per year
