Gallup is seeking a software engineer for the Consumer Engagement team in Omaha. You will modernize systems that deliver Gallup’s content around the world and build scalable back-end services and APIs.
Focus areas include performance, CMS architecture, AI-driven search, and cross-platform integrations. You’ll work with product, marketing and UX to enable self-service publishing and continuous optimization. This role requires on-site presence at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days a week.

The Consumer Engagement team builds the platforms that power those experiences, from the content management system (CMS) and rendering infrastructure to the technologies that determine how Gallup appears in search engines and AI answer engines.
As a software engineer on the Consumer Engagement team, you'll modernize the systems that deliver and surface Gallup’s content around the world. You'll build scalable software, design back-end services and solve complex engineering challenges involving performance, CMS architecture and AI-driven search while helping more people discover CliftonStrengths, employee engagement and Gallup's other sciences.

Gallup offers a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and other insurance options; a fully vested 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching; an employee stock ownership program; family-building benefits; an employee assistance program; and various reimbursements and activities that enhance our associates’ wellbeing. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $95,000–$125,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills.
