Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, or related field.
• Experience with cameras and lighting setups.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator a plus).

Responsibilities

• Write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver commercial spots and branded content.
• Own complex projects from concept to final delivery, including scripts, pre-production, field production, editing, graphics, audio, revisions, approvals, and exports.
• Maintain high storytelling and production quality across markets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, Brand, and market leadership to meet goals and timelines.
• Mentor Content Creators with constructive feedback and best practices.
