Sinclair, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Client Services Content Creator to write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content across multiple platforms. This hands-on role focuses on creative storytelling and meeting client needs with polished results.

This position requires juggling multiple assignments, collaborating with Sales, Client Services, project management, and creative leadership, and maintaining brand standards throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, digital content, or related field.
• Ability to independently produce polished content from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows from scripting to final export.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; Premiere Pro preferred; After Effects/Photoshop a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver commercial spots and branded content across platforms.
• Coordinate production with teams and clients to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Support end-to-end production, including scripting, pre-production, field production, editing, graphics, audio, and delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency, pacing, and production value across projects.
• Adapt to changing needs and time-sensitive client deliverables.
