• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Content Creators across multiple Sinclair markets.
• Oversee workflow from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative Services, Production, and Digital teams to set priorities and timelines.
• Review project requests for completeness and assets.
• Track production schedules, approvals, and air-ready deadlines.
• Oversee quality control of deliverables.
• Write, produce, shoot, and edit content as needed.
• Manage workflow in Adobe Workfront and Sinclair systems.
• Coach and develop team members.
