Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial production, broadcast television, or related field.
• Ability to independently lead polished content from concept through delivery.
• Strong understanding of video production workflows and final delivery.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud; Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, produce, shoot, edit, and deliver commercial spots, branded content, and multi-platform materials.
• Own complex projects from concept through final delivery with sound, graphics, and revisions.
• Mentor Content Creators and provide constructive feedback to raise team quality.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Services, and market teams to meet deadlines.
