Executive Alliance is pleased to represent our client who are a global market-leading information governance and enterprise data management solutions provider who develop, sell and service their solutions for enterprise software customers and strategic partners.
They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Events & Account-Based Marketing to lead North America campaigns, ABM, field marketing, and executive-level demand programs.
NOTE: This is a largely remote role where the ideal candidate is located in the Eastern US or Midwestern Time Zones AND should be accessible to company/regional HQ in metropolitan New York/New Jersey metro area 1 day per month with a 15-20% travel requirement participating in company meetings, conferences, events and trade shows.
No C2Cs, international, out of area applicants or those seeking visa sponsorship support will be considered.
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead North America campaigns, ABM, field marketing, and executive-level demand programs.
This is a hands-on role for a senior marketer who can understand the strategy quickly, build the plan, align with Sales, and start executing. The right person will know how to market complex enterprise technology to regulated industries and C-level buying committees.
This person will help drive demand across priority accounts, industries, and personas including CIOs, CDOs, CISOs, General Counsel, Compliance leaders, eDiscovery leaders, Risk leaders, and AI stakeholders.
This is not a task-only marketing role. It is not an event logistics role. It is not a social posting role. This is a revenue-focused campaign and ABM role for someone who can
connect the dots between market strategy, buyer pain, Sales priorities, campaign execution, and lead conversion.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, agencies, partners and executive stakeholders.
Build and execute integrated campaigns that create qualified pipeline in North America.
Campaigns may include email, webinars, landing pages, nurture flows, content syndication, paid programs, field events, executive roundtables, partner programs, and sales follow-up plays.
You will be expected to understand the audience, shape the offer, define the call to action, coordinate execution, monitor conversion, and improve performance.
Own ABM programs for priority accounts, industries, and buying committees.
You will work with Sales to define target accounts, segment audiences, build account plays, coordinate outreach, and support movement from engagement to qualified meeting to opportunity.
The right candidate should be comfortable with 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM motions.
Plan and execute C-level marketing programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, private briefings, webinars, industry events, partner events, and conference participation.
This role requires someone who can do more than manage logistics (although that will be required as well). You will define the audience, theme, invitation strategy, speaker plan, follow-up process, and success metrics.
You should be comfortable participating in executive events and working directly with Sales and leadership to drive business outcomes.
Work closely with Sales to improve lead conversion, meeting creation, opportunity progression, and campaign follow-up.
You will help answer the questions that matter:
Who are we targeting? Why will they care? What is the trigger? What should the rep say? What happens after the first touch? How do we know if it worked?
You should be comfortable challenging weak handoffs, unclear CTAs, poor follow-up, and activity that does not create pipeline.
Build campaigns for regulated and risk-sensitive industries such as financial services, healthcare, government, insurance, legal, and other high-governance enterprise markets.
You should understand how to market to buyers who care about control, compliance, auditability, legal defensibility, security, risk reduction, and proof.
Use GenAI responsibly to improve speed, quality, and productivity.
You should be comfortable using AI tools for campaign planning, account research, content drafts, personalization, event preparation, rep follow-up support, reporting summaries, and workflow improvement.
You do not need to be an AI expert, but you must be curious, practical, and willing to keep learning.
