BCG Attorney Search in Washington, DC seeks an experienced Consumer Protection Attorney to join a dynamic team protecting consumers from unfair financial practices. The role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week, with collaboration across litigation teams.

The candidate will draft pleadings, manage discovery, engage in class actions, and work with experts to pursue high-impact cases while maintaining strong client communications and organization.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington, D.C. or ability to waive in promptly.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least 5 years focused on litigation.
• Experience with class action litigation is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for litigation.
• Participate in all phases of discovery, including document review and depositions.
• Engage in class certification discovery and briefing.
• Collaborate with experts and conduct trials.
• Identify and investigate new litigation opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
