BCG Attorney Search in New York, NY, seeks a Senior Cyber Class Action Attorney to defend privacy and data breach class actions across the United States in a hybrid role.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of complex litigation experience, strong class action background, a JD from an accredited law school, and excellent writing. Cybersecurity experience is a plus; you will collaborate with regional offices and trial teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Class action litigation experience is required.
• Cybersecurity and data privacy background is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Defend privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions in state and federal courts nationwide.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment.
• Manage strategy and timelines for multiple class action cases.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, and take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations for class action settlements and draft settlement papers for court approval.
