Keeper Security, Inc. is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Consumer (B2C) to lead the consumer product line across web, iOS, Android, desktop and browser extensions. This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in the El Dorado Hills, CA area.

The ideal candidate will own the vision and roadmap, partner with engineering, design and marketing, and drive adoption, engagement and long-term customer value through data‑driven decisions and user research.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer software (B2C).
• Proven ability to grow consumer products across web, mobile and desktop platforms.
• Experience partnering with marketing on positioning, pricing and GTM for consumer products.
• Strong user empathy and both qualitative and quantitative research skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy and multi-release roadmap for the consumer product line across web, iOS, Android, desktop and browser extensions.
• Deliver cohesive cross‑platform experience with feature parity and unified customer journey.
• Partner with marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging and go-to-market plans.
• Grow consumer adoption by improving acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention and expansion into add-on products.
• Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Prioritize backlog based on customer value, business impact and feasibility; collaborate with engineering and design.
• Lead user research to translate insights into prioritized opportunities.
• Track key product metrics (activation, retention, engagement, lifetime value) to guide roadmap.
