Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Event Marketing Specialist to lead demand generation events across the Americas, including Tier 1 conferences, trade shows and flagship events. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS company.
• Experience leading large-scale conferences/trade shows and smaller-scale events.
• Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programs.
• Results-driven self-starter who strives for excellence.
• Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of demand generation events across the Americas.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for corporate, public sector and demand generation events.
• Oversee inventory management, swag and trade show assets.
• Collaborate with design teams to create compelling event materials and branding.
• Manage vendor negotiations, budgets and on-site coordination from concept to completion.
• Track event-sourced pipeline and report ROI against demand gen targets.
• Support sales teams with event marketing across segments and calendars.
• Stay adaptable and re-prioritize projects to ensure smooth event execution.
