Job summary

Republic Finance in New Albany, MS is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate loans, complete applications, and drive sales while delivering a positive total customer experience.

You will support the Branch Manager, build strong customer relationships, and meet loan goals in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and disability, plus bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal-oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and seek opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Complete loan applications, proposals, and offers for new borrowers and follow up on pending applicants.
• Explain the loan process and loan products to potential borrowers; assist with loan processing.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and provide day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Support Branch Manager with operational tasks and act as a role model to team members.
