Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or incentive-based roles.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication and customer relations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass background checks and insurance licensing eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and fulfill loan applications.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend loan products.
• Explain loan processes and answer product questions.
• Close loans, assemble files, and manage ongoing servicing.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle daily transactions, inquiries and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
