Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on state background checks.

Responsibilities

• Originates consumer loans and develops strong customer relationships.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explains loan processes and loan products to potential borrowers.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals and manages an expanding loan portfolio.
• Provides excellent customer care and resolves issues promptly.
• Seeks new loan opportunities with customers and follows up on applications.
• Handles day-to-day servicing and loan documentation tasks.
