You'll support the Branch Manager with daily operations in a growing financial services company that rewards performance with a competitive base salary of $36,000 per year, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals and follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about loan products.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and meet loan goals.
