Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit check, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary products.

Responsibilities

• Originates new loan business with customers.
• Evaluates needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Completes loan applications and follows up with applicants.
• Explain loan process and answer product questions.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with management on strategies.
• Close loans and assemble loan folders.
• Meet or exceed loan goals.
• Serve day-to-day maintenance of a growing loan portfolio.
• Apply analytics to resolve customer issues.
• Build trust and follow company policies and compliance.
• Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments daily.
• Provide excellent customer care through transactions and inquiries.
• Adhere to corporate, legal, and regulatory policies.
• Answer calls and check branch voicemail.
• Assist Branch Manager with operational tasks.
