Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follow up with pending applicants.
• Explain the loan process and answer questions regarding loan products and processing.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
