Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loans and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Complete loan applications and proposals and follow up with applicants.
• Explain loan process and answer questions about products and processing.
• Close loans, assemble folders and maintain files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and manage an expanding loan portfolio.
• Support Branch Manager with daily operations and tasks.
