Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales goals in a branch setting.

The role involves advising borrowers through the loan process, handling daily operations, and supporting the Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a dedicated team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully navigate priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsabilités

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers; follow up with applicants.
• Explain the loan process and answer questions about loan products.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and collaborate with management on solutions.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and manage file documentation.
• Meet or exceed loan goals consistently.
• Oversee day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Use analysis to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Handle insurance claims, follow-ups and payments daily.
• Provide excellent customer care through transactions and inquiries.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations and tasks.
