Formación

• 2 years in goal oriented, incentive based sales
• 1+ year in consumer finance (preferred)
• Professional demeanor and strong communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fast-paced environment with prioritization
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Eligible for state insurance licensing (background check)
• Compliance with company policies

Responsabilidades

• Originate consumer loans and meet sales goals
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers
• Explain loan process and answer questions about loan products
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operations
• Close loans and maintain loan folders
• Provide excellent customer care and resolve issues
• Adhere to policies, procedures and compliance
