Republic Finance seeks a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, develop strong customer relationships, and meet sales goals. You will assist the Branch Manager with daily operations, maintain an excellent customer experience, and embody the company’s values in all interactions.

The role requires a professional demeanor, reliable communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong sales drive and team collaboration are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ≥2 years in goal-oriented, incentive-based sales.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit check, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing per state rules.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follows up with pending applicants.
• Assists potential borrowers by explaining the loan process and answering questions about loan products and processing.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and work with management to resolve potential problem loans.
• Closes loans, assembles loan folders, and breaks down files.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals.
• Servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Uses analytical skills to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Builds trust by upholding company values and policies.
