Republic Finance in Matthews, NC is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to join our growing finance team. You will originate consumer loans, complete applications, build strong customer relationships and meet sales goals in a fast-paced branch setting.

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure a positive total customer experience and uphold our commitment to community involvement while delivering excellent service and reliable financial guidance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluate needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications and proposals.
• Close loans and manage loan folders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
