Republic Finance in Marietta, GA is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans and provide exceptional customer service across a growing branch. You will evaluate borrower needs and present the best loan options while guiding applicants through the process.

The role requires achieving sales targets, assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations, and mentoring team members as needed. A professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of goal-oriented, incentive-based sales experience.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explain loan process and answer questions about loan products.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and work with management to resolve potential problem loans.
• Close loans, assemble loan folders, and manage documents.
• Meet or exceed loan goals.
• Manage a growing consumer loan portfolio and provide quality servicing.
• Use analytical skills to resolve customer issues quickly and accurately.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments, maintain insurance log.
• Handle daily inquiries, phone calls and branch voicemail.
