Republic Finance, LLC is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist in Jacksonville to originate consumer loans, process applications, and build lasting customer relationships. You will support the Branch Manager with daily tasks and drive branch performance while maintaining compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to meet eligibility requirements for insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions about products and processing.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and work with management on strategies.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and organize files.
• Meet or exceed loan goals.
• Service an expanding consumer loan portfolio.
• Resolve customer issues using analytical thinking.
• Build trust by exemplifying company values and compliance.
