Republic Finance in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate loans and deliver a superior customer experience.

You will complete loan applications, build customer relationships, and consistently meet sales goals while supporting daily branch operations. The role offers a competitive base salary of $36,000 annually (paid hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and PTO.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit check, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing based on a criminal background check.
