Republic Finance in Georgia is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, build strong customer relationships and meet sales goals. You will also assist the Branch Manager with daily operations and serve as a role model for the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal-oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• 1+ years of experience in consumer finance preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers.
• Explain the loan process and answer questions about loan products.
• Close loans, assemble files and maintain documentation.
• Meet or exceed loan goals and support branch operations.
• Assist Branch Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
