• Provides World Class Member service to Members via the phone or email; promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Handles most complex consumer loan situations and assists with onboarding new team members during training.
• Leads and coaches the consumer loan originations team, escalating as needed to supervisors and managers.
• Communicates loan decisions and guidance for loan approvals/denials to Members, acting as trusted advisor.
