Centra Credit Union seeks a Consumer Loan Operations Senior Processing Specialist to support the Director in managing the Processing Team and ensuring efficient handling of Consumer Direct and Indirect loan products.

The role emphasizes coaching team members, coordinating with Retail and Dealer Partners, and ensuring timely loan closings and servicing. Starting wage is $24.42 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in consumer lending.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare consumer loan types for timeliness, accuracy and compliance.
• Review applications for Consumer Direct loan products to ensure all items are collected.
• Assist with mailing/payoffs for external and internal accounts.
• Fund all Consumer loan products to Centra core system.
• Assist with loan servicing activities for consumer loans.
• Provide HMDA information for Real Estate loan products.
• Disclose real estate loan terms to Members.
• Coordinate appraisal, title, and flood services for Real Estate loans.
• Collaborate with Retail and Dealer Partners on procedures and training updates.
• Support department projects and sharing Lending expertise.
