Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a goal oriented, incentive based sales role.
• 1+ years in the consumer finance industry preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and prioritize work.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Willingness to comply with employment credit checks, background checks and drug screening.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products (subject to background check).

Responsibilities

• Actively seeks opportunities to originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluates customer needs to recommend loan and product solutions.
• Completes loan applications, proposals and offers for new borrowers and follows up.
• Explains loan processes and answers questions about loan products.
• Owns customer concerns and works with management on strategy for problem loans.
• Closes loans, assembles folders and maintains files.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals.
• Manages day-to-day servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio.
• Applies analytical skills to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Builds trust with customers and staff by upholding company values and policies.
