Job summary

Republic Finance in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Sr. Consumer Loan Specialist to originate consumer loans, complete loan applications, and build strong customer relationships while meeting sales goals and supporting daily branch operations.

The package includes a base salary of $36,000 per year, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, $500 after 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a goal-oriented, incentive-based sales role.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Originates new loan opportunities with customers.
• Explains loan options and assists with applications.
• Closes loans and maintains loan folders.
• Meets or exceeds loan goals.
• Supports daily branch operations and tasks.
• Provides excellent customer care and issue resolution.
