Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (retail, goal-oriented, or incentive-based).
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
• Detail-oriented with basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate consumer loan business with new and existing customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend the best loan and product solutions.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers; follow up with applicants.
• Explain the loan process to potential borrowers and answer questions about loan products.
• Manage day-to-day servicing of a growing consumer loan portfolio and meet loan goals.
• Close loans, assemble folders, and perform related tasks.
• Provide excellent customer care through daily transactions and inquiries.
• Represent the organization in a professional manner and uphold company policies and compliance.
