Global Credit Union in Arizona is seeking a Consumer Lending Title Supervisor to lead the Title Department, overseeing Title Specialists and Title Officers, and ensuring timely lien perfection, releases, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and excellent member service.

The role manages daily workflows, supports staff development, reviews title reports, prevents fraud, and coordinates with other departments to strengthen security of member liens while maintaining high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in consumer lending and direct member service.
• Ability to analyze complex situations, exercise sound judgment, and make independent decisions.
• Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee selection, development, and performance of direct reports.
• Direct daily operations of Title Specialists and Title Officers and monitor title pending accounts.
• Ensure timely lien perfection, releases, and accuracy of security instruments.
• Review title reports to ensure releases are accurate and timely.
• Prevent fraud, mitigate risk, and file records or complaints when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
